✅ Trigger follow-up actions based on call outcomes (Interested leads get emails, SMS, WhatsApp).
✅ Sync leads and responses with your CRM or email system (Gmail, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive).
By the end of this module, you will have a seamless, 24/7 automated system that converts cold leads into customers—without manual effort.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Why Automate with Zapier?
- Without automation, you must manually transfer leads from Facebook Ads to Awaz.ai, then call them one by one.
- Manually tracking call outcomes & sending follow-ups wastes hours daily.
- Zapier automates everything, so leads are called instantly & followed up based on their interest level.

2️⃣ Set Up Zapier Account & Basic Integration
- Go to Zapier.com and create a free account.
- Click on “Create a Zap” → Choose Facebook Lead Ads as the Trigger App.
- Choose Trigger Event: “New Lead” → Click Continue.
- Connect Your Facebook Ad Account (The same account running your CloseGen ads).
- Select the Facebook Page & the Lead Form you created in Module 2.
- Click Test Trigger → Ensure it pulls in a sample lead (use test data if needed).
🚀 Now, Zapier will pull every new lead from Facebook and send it to Awaz.ai!
3️⃣ Send Leads from Facebook to Awaz.ai
- Click “+” → Choose Awaz.ai as the Action App.
- Select Action Event: “Add or Update Contact” → Click Continue.
- Connect your Awaz.ai account using an API key (found in the Awaz.ai dashboard).
- Map the lead details from Facebook to Awaz.ai:
- Full Name → Contact Name
- Phone Number → Contact Phone
- Email → Contact Email
- Click Test & Continue to send a test lead to Awaz.ai.
💡 Now, every Facebook lead will be instantly added to Awaz.ai and dialed by your AI voice agent!
4️⃣ Automate Follow-Ups Based on Call Outcomes
After Awaz.ai makes a call, there are two possible outcomes:
✅ Scenario 1: Lead is Interested → Trigger an Email, WhatsApp, or SMS Follow-Up.
❌ Scenario 2: Lead is Not Interested → Remove from Future Campaigns.
Steps to Automate Follow-Ups for Interested Leads:
- Create a new Zap → Choose Awaz.ai as the Trigger App.
- Select Trigger Event: “Call Completed” → Click Continue.
- Choose the AI Agent (e.g., “Zara”) that’s making the calls.
- Filter by Call Outcome:
- Only take action when Outcome = Interested (Skip “No Answer” or “Busy”).
Now, choose what happens next:
📩 Send an Email (via Gmail or Email by Zapier)
- Select Gmail as the Action App.
- Set Action Event: “Send Email”.
- Connect your Gmail account & draft a follow-up email with a booking link or sales page.
💬 Send a WhatsApp Message (via Twilio or Awaz.ai’s WhatsApp API)
- Select WhatsApp by Twilio or Awaz.ai as the Action App.
- Craft a pre-written WhatsApp message with a booking link.
📲 Send an SMS (via Twilio or Make.com)
- Select Twilio or Make.com as the Action App.
- Customize an SMS with a CTA to book a call or complete checkout.
🚀 Now, interested leads automatically receive a personalized follow-up across multiple channels!
5️⃣ Automate CRM Updates & Remove Cold Leads
For leads not interested, we want to remove them from future follow-ups.
- Create a new Zap → Choose Awaz.ai as the Trigger App.
- Select Trigger Event: “Call Completed”.
- Filter by Outcome: “Not Interested”.
- Select Action App: CRM (Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.).
- Choose “Update Lead Status” → Mark as Unqualified.
💡 This ensures that cold leads don’t keep getting follow-ups, while your CRM stays updated.
6️⃣ Advanced Automations with Make.com & ChatGPT
- Use Make.com to send AI-generated follow-up emails based on call conversations.
- Automatically summarize AI sales calls and send them as reports via email.
